Q: Can I cancel my booked session?
A: Yes you can, up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel any later we unfortunately can’t refund you the fees.
Q: How many people can I bring?
A: The standard set up is for 3 people. Upon request we can add a fourth microphone and seat. We do not charge extra for this.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: You can book right up to the last minute providing we have availability. Just get in touch or check our online booking system for availability.
Q: Can I just show up?
A: Sorry, no – we work on pre booked basis only and can’t accept walk ins.
Q: Can I bring my own equipment?
A: You can bring your own headphones, but please don’t bring any other equipment without prior arrangement.
Q: Can I bring musical instruments?
A: Yes you can. Please let us know at the time of bookign so we can make any necessary arrangements.
Q: Do I get a discount if i book multiple hours?
A: Sorry, we really can’t go any lower in our rates. We do offer a 10% discount for registered charities.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay via Paypal or by credit/debit card. We will send you a paypal invoice when you’ve booked your slot. Please note that if we haven’t received payment 48 hours prior to the start of your booked session, your reservation will automatically be canceled.
Q: What do I do if I have technical problems?
A: We make sure a producer is always available to help if you encounter any technical problems.
